I'm Jace, a Melbourne technology leader with over 10 years designing and shipping AI, automation, and cloud solutions for SMB and mid-market organisations. Most of that has been inside MSPs, close to real businesses with real constraints, where the work has to actually land.
I take AI from experimentation to production: mapping processes, prioritising the high-value use cases, and building practical agentic and RAG systems that fit into how people already work. Not demos, systems that stay in use after launch.
Alongside that, I build and run my own products. Two Squared for AI automation and web apps, Spot Strength on the App Store, and Sybr for website protection and managed hosting. Running them keeps me honest about what it takes to ship and support software end to end.
AI as leverage, judgment stays mine.
I use AI heavily as leverage. Agents, RAG pipelines, and automation take on the repetitive parts: drafting code, running checks, moving data, handling the busywork that used to eat the day.
The architecture, the judgment, and the accountability are mine.
Deciding what to build, how it should be structured, and where the risks sit is not something I hand off. AI makes me faster and lets one person cover more ground, but every decision still runs through 10+ years of shipping real software, and I own the outcome either way.
